Ingredients

  • 3/4 ounce London dry gin
  • 1/2 ounce St. Germain
  • 1/2 ounce falernum (John D Taylor's)
  • 1/2 ounce freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • 1 ounce raspberry puree, see note
  • 1/4 teaspoon rose water

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice; shake and strain into a glass with crushed ice.

Notes

For raspberry puree, use either electric blender or electric juicer to puree fresh raspberry until smooth. Use a chinois or fine mesh strainer, strain to remove and discard seeds. Store bought raspberry puree is often available in freezer section at a specialty grocery store.
