Have you had peach and calvados together?
the boozy peach, one of my favorite summer treats is perfectly ripe and chilled peaches with a splash of calvados. Calvados, apple brandy, has rich abundant fragrance, and I think it pulls out more sweetness of peach.
For this cocktail, I wanted to showcase this perfect pair of peach and calvados.
Fruity flavor of fresh peach puree and apple brandy get amplified by the mild hints of spice from ginger liqueur and the aromatic sweet-bitterness from orange liqueur. Freshly squeezed lemon juice adds tartness to the drink and makes light and refreshing fruity cocktail.
Cheers!
