Ingredients

  • 1/2 cantaloupe melon, small
  • White wine vinegar
  • Mint leaves
  • Basil leaves
  • 1 burrata cheese
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Cut a melon into bite size. Arrange melon on serving plate. Drizzle small amount of white wine vinegar. Sprinkle mint, basil, and salt. Place burrata cheese on top; cut to open burrata cheese. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on burrata cheese. Drizzle generous amount of olive oil.
